Practical engineering for infrastructure owners
Specialist water, wastewater and infrastructure engineering for municipalities, consultants and contractors across Ontario — built on 13 years of municipal asset ownership.
OUR THESIS
The best advice comes from people who’ve actually owned and operated the asset, not just designed it. GCG was built to bring that lens to municipalities, consultants and contractors

FOUNDER AND PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT
Built on the inside. Built for owners.
Nicholas Gan, P.Eng., PMP, has spent 13 years on the other side of the table — managing capital programs, leading design and construction projects, building asset management strategies, and operating and maintaining assets after handover.
As a former Manager of Engineering at the Region of Peel, Nick led teams across asset management, condition assessment, design, construction, and program delivery — scaling capital throughput from $1M to $100M+ annually. GCG brings that full owner-side spectrum to every engagement, across all five service lines.
